Movilidad Liubliana. Slovenia. 8-14 August 2021

As part of the development of the project PLUNGE INTO EUROPE and responding to one of the objectives (emotional intelligenge and competencies), one of the members of the consortium has taken the Course DEVELOPING EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE.

Liubliana. Slovenia. 8th to 14th August 2021.

Great Teachers from different parts of Europe (Greece/ Croatia/ Poland/ Hungary/ Germany and Spain) met in Liubliana to deal with the importace of building and developing emotional intelligence in our educative contexts. 

It has been a training activity under the Erasmus+ Projects, Ka1, Teachers’ mobility.

After more than a year, this has been the first mobility with the pandemic for all of us. 

Thanks to you all, colleagues, and the trainers, Monika and Jerneja, for the experience of sharing and working on topics such as Consciousness, Focus, Empathy, Communication…to improve our own emotional competences. Reflective practices have contributed to highlight the positive impact of emotion awareness.

We have been doing group work.

Meditating and midfulness activities to help stress reduction.

Searching and sharing techniques and dynamics to develop emotional conscience.

We also analysed and worked on the five pillars of emotional intelligence following Goleman.

It has been an intense and active week, also with some cultural activities which allowed us to know a bit more about Slovenia. Mainly about Liubliana, the GREEN CITY,  a paradise in green!

Ready for the next meeting! Hope and motivation have made GROWING possible! 

No doubt these activities make a unique and positive contribution to our wellbeing. 

It also contributed to know about Slovenian culture and the participants' own lifestyle.
